These terms govern your use of TotyApp. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them — we've kept them as short and clear as we can.

Who can use TotyApp

You must be at least 13 years old to have an account, and old enough to form a binding agreement where you live. If you set up or manage a team that includes minors, you confirm you're authorized to do so — as a coach, team manager, parent, or guardian.

Your account

TotyApp uses passwordless sign-in, so keep access to your email secure — anyone who can receive your sign-in codes can access your account. You're responsible for the activity on your account and for the accuracy of the information you add.

Acceptable use

• Don't use TotyApp for anything illegal or harmful.
• Don't harass, abuse, or impersonate others, or post content you don't have the right to share.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Respect the other members of your team and their information.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add — your schedules, rosters, messages, and everything else. You grant us the limited license needed to store, display, and process that content to operate TotyApp for you and your team. You're responsible for the content you share and for having the right to share it.

Early access & availability

TotyApp is in early access and provided free of charge for now. It's offered "as is," without warranties of any kind. We're actively developing it, so features may change, and we may add paid plans in the future with notice. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TotyApp and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using TotyApp and delete your team or account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the service and its users.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as TotyApp evolves. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use TotyApp after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
